Bring some of that southern charm into your home with the Avalon collection.

Southern Motion™ Customizable Avalon Wall Hugger Recliner

The hardwood frame with extra-strong hardwood components is built for durability. The reclining mechanism has thick gauge steel and Longlife™ rivets that stand up to the most demanding use. Who could ask for more? Reclining sofas and loveseats and sectionals.

No matter what size room you’re working with, Southern Motion can deliver a recliner that is sure to fit your dimension needs. Our Wall Hugger feature makes it possible to position your recliner mere inches away from the wall while still being able to recline back, saving you valuable space in your home. Alleviate time spent hunting for the perfect size and get the recliner you want with this feature.

Southern Motion™ has prospered unequivocally over the course of its life. Quality reclining furniture is hand-crafted in the USA and is a testament to the principle that precision produces the best in lifestyle furnishings. Bring southern hospitality into your home—no matter what part of the world you’re in.

The age-old philosophy that life imitates art rings true with Southern Motion. Co-founder Guy Lipscomb and his wife Sandy named the brand “Southern Motion” after a painting that channeled the southern charm that Guy and co-founder Larry Todd had been striving to capture. Armed with a name that embodies the brand and its ideology, Southern Motion propels itself to the forefront of relaxed and comfortable contemporary furniture. The busiest life always has to come back to the tranquility of home. Let Southern Motion help you find that.

*Price may vary according to customized selections. Recliner only, all other products are sold separately. Images may not reflect the actual size. Color in images may differ in person. Contact the store for details and customization options.

“Avalon” is designed for hours of sitting comfort. Its plush headrest, deep seat, fully cushioned chaise-pad ottomans and dual reclining action give this reclining furniture a comfortable style that will warm up any room. The cushions feature 1.8 density foam with unbelievable 30 pound compression. Quality is built right in.
